At Shimmaré Attire, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. A parcel opening video (without any cuts or trims) showing the defective part of the item is required for the claim.
- Exchanges for size can be done, but there will be an additional charge of ₹200 for the exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for an exchange.
- Sale items, customized orders, accessories (such as earrings, scrunchies, and potli bags), and international orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return Process
Initiating a Return or Exchange

- Provide a parcel opening video showing the damaged part of the product. The video must be untrimmed and without any cuts for verification.
- Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or offer a credit note if the item is unavailable.

Shipping for Returns
- Domestic Orders: The returned item should reach us within 10 days of initiating the return request.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds will only be processed for undelivered or defective items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cancellations: Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the order is confirmed.
What’s Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Customized Orders
- Sale items
- Accessories (scrunchies, earrings, potli bags)
- International Orders
- Items that have been worn, stained, or have a perfume smell
- Minor color discrepancies (due to lighting or screen variations)
Reimbursement Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank account/card) within 5-7 business days.
- CoD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account/card.
How to Return (Domestic Orders)

- Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition (no stains, perfume, or damage).
International Orders
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
